The following discounts are available to groups of 10 or more people. Please complete our Group Booking Form and email it to info@fileyzoo.com to arrange a group booking. Once we have received this we will email back to confirm availability and payment.

​We require a £30 non-refundable deposit for group bookings (the remaining balance must be paid in a single transaction).

​​​We offer the following discounts on admission for larger groups:

• 10-19 paying visitors – 10%
• 20+ paying visitors – 15%​

Schools etc

​​For schools, nurseries, scouting and guiding groups etc. we offer free admission for staff/leaders on the below ratio per paying child:

• 2 – 3 years – one adult to four children
• 4 – 8 years – one adult to six children
• 9 – 12 years – one adult to eight children
• 13 – 16 years – one adult to ten children

​Teachers or group leaders who need to visit to conduct an assessment before the booking can do so once the deposit has been received.  Alternatively, payment of normal admission can be made on the day of the assessment which will then be deducted from any deposit/balance.

Care and Residential Homes

For care and residential groups we offer free carers on a one to one basis.
